Members of Pixie Protectors receive colorful letters from Twig and Tangle. The letters contain stories of the pixies' adventures in familiar Missouri locations like the Missouri river, the ozarks, farms, fields, prairies, and parks. As young readers follow these adventures they'll learn about native plants, wildlife, ecology, Missouri history, and folk tales.
Each letter is a tiny work of art embellished with pixie magic. It contains two pages: a letter from Twig and Tangle, as well as a page of outdoor games and activities. Your child will delight in receiving this whimsical gift in the mail every month.
When you enroll, you may choose to have the envelop addressed to either you or your child. All letters are mailed on the first of the month. Membership runs on a 6 month cycle. During these 6 months you will receive a welcome letter and then 6 monthly letters.
